Team
The Think Red team is comprised of 30 highly skilled architects, all of whom are Serbian nationals and boast a decade-long history of collaboration. Our steadfast commitment to excellence is reflected in our hiring practice, as we exclusively recruit Serbian professionals when expanding our team. This strategic approach ensures optimal communication, a shared understanding of tasks, and a robust technical background, all of which are integral to maintaining the high standards of quality synonymous with Think Red.
Our stringent hiring criteria extend to educational qualifications, with no team member possessing an education level below a Bachelor’s degree. On the contrary, a considerable number of our architects hold master’s degrees, some have earned multiple master’s degrees, and one team member has attained a PhD. This commitment to academic excellence underscores our dedication to delivering exceptional results.
We firmly believe that effective modeling requires a profound understanding of the relationships within architectural and interior spaces. Our team members possess the expertise to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them before initiating the clash detection process.
Consequently, we refrain from employing draftsmen without a strong technical background, thereby optimizing both our time and that of our clients.
While our company does not currently hold official certificates, it is noteworthy that our entire team has undergone successful Building Information Modeling (BIM) training facilitated by an Autodesk Gold Partner organization. Furthermore, our BIM managers and external checkers boast Autodesk and BuildingSmart certifications, all of which can be made available upon request.
