The highly anticipated beachfront property is set to offer 269 guestrooms and suites, along with approximately 170 branded residences. This luxurious space will include five specialty restaurants, including the St. Regis Bar, complemented by a spa, outdoor pool, and a generous 1,100 sq m ballroom integrated into the hotel section, ideal for corporate and social events.

The design incorporates a modular grid layout, ensuring a consistent structure between guestrooms and apartments. Think Red undertook a redesign of all apartment types to align them with the client’s requirements. Consequently, specific slab edges were reworked while preserving the project’s original design intent.
