‘Barahat Al Janoub’ presents a fully integrated city catering to workers in Al Wakrah City. Encompassing 773,457 square meters of land, the project draws design inspiration from traditional Arab homes featuring courtyards. Comprising 1,404 units of (G+2) equipped with smart city technology, it offers a total of 16,848 rooms, accommodating up to four individuals each.

With a capacity for approximately 67,360 workers, ‘Barahat Al Janoub’ provides a range of service facilities, including hypermarkets, retail stores, mosques, and various public amenities. This comprehensive infrastructure contributes to a total built-up area of approximately 752,235 square meters.
