Marsa Al Seef

YEAR: 2016

Marsa Al Seef stands as a diverse mixed-use development spanning around 9 hectares along Dubai Creek. Embracing a blend of civic, commercial, and leisure elements, this vibrant site features a waterfront promenade that offers a range of experiences.

The development was divided into four phases, each accommodating various amenities including F&B outlets, retail spaces, car parking structures, hotels, and more.

Think Red’s scope specifically encompassed Phase 3, which involved the construction of 458 heritage-style buildings designed with traditional finishes, contributing to the cultural ambiance of the site.
